Kitchen/Dining Room BEFORE – the kitchen and dining room were closed off and dark. The ceiling was low adding to the dark room.

Kitchen BEFORE – The partition closed off the kitchen from the living space.

Living Room and Kitchen BEFORE – The kitcehn nook was only large enough for a table for 4 people. A more open concept kitchen is what they are wanting to achieve.

Kitchen AFTER – The elegant, gourmet kitchen with white shaker cabinets, extra large islandand Limestone counter tops offer the open concept feel the homeowners were looking for.

Raising the ceiling , adding a 35 foot steel support beam and new beams at the ceiling allows for so much more light in the Great Room.

Kitchen AFTER – the kitchen is open to the Dining Room to make entertaining a breeze.

The custom hand etched tile on the backsplash adds a warm elegance to the Kitchen.

The custom made Hutch utilizes the old nook space and transforms it into a beautiful, functional area.

The Living Room is not open to the Kitchen making a wonderful entertaining space.

Laundry Room- AFTER – We removed the old laundry room to open up the hall way, and moved the air handler into the attic, and made the utility closet the new Laundry room. It really opened up the hall way and gave them a larger Laundry room.

Hall Bath AFTER – We removed and replaced the vanity and top with Caesarstone.

Hall Bath AFTER – This custom tile shower is a dream! The full length niche gives lots of room to store shower items.

Master Bath AFTER – The custom, painted vanities with Caesarstone tops provide a beautiful retreat.

Master Bath AFTER – The build in shelves in the Master tub provide lots of room for all those items needed for the ultimate relaxation!

Master Shower AFTER – The custom hand etched tile in Master shower ads to the elegance of the Master Suite.

Master Bath AFTER – The windows in the shower allow for lots of natural light.

What a transformation! This complete over haul of the living space, bedrooms and baths has taken this Central Phoenix home to the next level! We raised the ceiling, added beams and tongue and groove, a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry and appliances, updated baths and laundry, laid new flooring and painted. It was a job that threw us some new challenges (a 35 foot steel support beam for one!) , but everything turned out beautifully!

AFTER – Contemporary gourmet kitchen features full overlay cabinetry in white and black with Cambria countertops, marble 4×6 backsplash and glass tile accent. The look is so sleek and gorgeous.

AFTER – The large island, complete with a bar, storage and a lot of counter top space, makes this island very functional.

AFTER – The upper, clear glass cabinets are a great feature to display your art and novelty items.

The custom stainless steel shelves placed in front of the windows give another great display area and allow the natural light into the kitchen.

AFTER – Beautiful custom bar is one of a kind a statement in this home. The use black cabinets, Cambria Manai countertops and mirrors on the bar panels and back wall are a beautiful accent.

LED lights in the uppers light the beautiful barware in the cabinets.

AFTER – Living Room. The beautiful slate fireplace in the Family Room is a great focal point.

AFTER – Master Bath with a large soaking tub and vanity.

AFTER – Walk in custom Master Shower using 24×6 marble tile with glass moasic tile bands. We used Cambria to finish the bench and niche and stainless Grohe rainshower from the wall.

AFTER – Second Bath with custom glass tile deco and full wall niche.

Elegant Cambria Black tops, the white full overlay cabinets and glass tile backsplash come together for an elegant guest bath.

The Absoute Black Marble wainscoting and mirrors on all four walls and crystal sconces makes for an elegant and fun Powder Room experience.

Cactus Wren Remodel Update – Moving Right Along

The entry looking into the formal dining room has luxury 20X20 Dale Tile in Veranda on the floors and is looking sharp for this contemporary remodel!

Starting the tile flooring. This luxury 20X20 grey porcelain tile in Veranda will be laid throughout the home.

This amazing 18′ x 10′ multi panel sliding glass door in the formal living space bring the outside in during the wonderful AZ winters. They also add a lot of natural light to the room.

The Bedrosians slate tile on the fireplace gives this room extra warmth.

The kitchen is coming right along. This island adds extra counter space and more storage with the cabinets underneath.

There will be plenty of storage space in this kitchen and also lots of space for the homeowners beautiful collectables in the upper glass front cabinets.

This very distinctive contemporary master bath shower is so unique, it has straight laid 8X24 tile in statuary, multiple decorative trims in a dark gray apex glass and the floor is perta gray mosaic 1X1 tiles. Our home owners are more than thrilled with the outcome of their home thus far.

This beautiful one of a kind walk in shower has white 3×6 field brickset subway tile, glass tile mosaic set in the niche that spans the full wall of the shower and absolte black marble on the shower and bath floor. Together, these finishes give the second bathroom that custom feel we provide to all our clients.

We are moving right along with the Staley remodel. The transformation of this home is exceptional. We have started to lay all the flooring, install all the cabinetry, install new windows and doors and tile the bathroom showers. Stay tuned for more progress.

Cactus Wren Remodel – Let the demo begin!

BEFORE– A new door with glass panels and removal of the stained glass will lighten up this entryway.

BEFORE – The entry catch all shelf. This will be removed, the wall shortened and the soffit raised to open up the Dining Room

DEMO – Removal of the wall and pantry will open up this area for the new bar

BEFORE – The Master Bath tub area. We will be removing the built-in tub and adding a freestanding tub.

BEFORE – The “his” vanity will be replaced and the shower opened up and squared off.

RENDERING- This shows the openness the Master Bath will have with soffits removed. It will be so open and airy.

DEMO- The tub and vanity are gone and the room is SO much brighter with the stained glass off the windows.

FRAMING – New Master shower and “his” vanity space

BEFORE – The kitchen will be completely gutted, the back angled corner opened up and with new 10′ high contemporary cabinets and appliances

RENDERING – The new ceiling height cabinets with view cabinets along the top and large island will transform this into a beautiful area that will become the gathering place.

DEMO – Getting rid of the pantry will allow for the new bar.

DEMO- the removal of the corner of teh kitchen will really open it up allowing for a much more functional kitchen.

FRAMING – the soffit and end wall are framed and ready for rough in.

BEFORE – The Family room will get a face lift with removal of the shutters to brighten up the room, fireplace moved to the center of the room , new fireplace surround and flooring.

RENDERING- With a contemporary fireplace and full height stone, the fireplace will be the focal point of the Family Room.

DEMO- Removal of the old fireplace and shutters open up this space

BEFORE – Guest bath will be opened up by removing the interior wall to open the vanity area to the shower area. We will be adding a furniture piece for the vanity, a walk in shower and new fixtures.

DEMO- the Guest bath is opened up and in the back you can see the new niche for the shower.

BEFORE – Powder room will be gutted and repainted withall new, contemporary fixtures.

We have started a new remodel in Scottsdale. We will be doing a total interior renovation of the home and transforming it to a beautiful, contemporary home. Follow us to see the ongoing progress!

Medlock Remodel Complete

It’s complete! We added square footage to this Arcadia home to make a larger, more comfortable space for the family. By adding onto two of the existing bedrooms, reconfiguring the existing space and adding an on-suite bath we transformed the area into a cozy, organized space. We installed a beautiful built-in, custom desk and cubbies making the playroom functional for the children to study, read or just relax. We remodeled the existing office adding a built-in desk and a Murphy bed for guests. New windows, fresh paint throughout, closet systems and new flooring finished off the project creating a beautiful, fresh space for the family to enjoy.
