Cactus Wren Remodel Update – Moving Right Along

The entry looking into the formal dining room has luxury 20X20 Dale Tile in Veranda on the floors and is looking sharp for this contemporary remodel!

Starting the tile flooring. This luxury 20X20 grey porcelain tile in Veranda will be laid throughout the home.

This amazing 18′ x 10′ multi panel sliding glass door in the formal living space bring the outside in during the wonderful AZ winters. They also add a lot of natural light to the room.

The formal living space is coming along with the tile complete, and the lower bar cabinetry installed

The Bedrosians slate tile on the fireplace gives this room extra warmth.

The kitchen is coming right along. This island adds extra counter space and more storage with the cabinets underneath.

There will be plenty of storage space in this kitchen and also lots of space for the homeowners beautiful collectables in the upper glass front cabinets.

This very distinctive contemporary master bath shower is so unique, it has straight laid 8X24 tile in statuary, multiple decorative trims in a dark gray apex glass and the floor is perta gray mosaic 1X1 tiles. Our home owners are more than thrilled with the outcome of their home thus far.

This beautiful one of a kind walk in shower has white 3×6 field brickset subway tile, glass tile mosaic set in the niche that spans the full wall of the shower and absolte black marble on the shower and bath floor. Together, these finishes give the second bathroom that custom feel we provide to all our clients.

We are moving right along with the Staley remodel. The transformation of this home is exceptional. We have started to lay all the flooring, install all the cabinetry, install new windows and doors and tile the bathroom showers. Stay tuned for more progress.

BEFORE– A new door with glass panels and removal of the stained glass will lighten up this entryway.

BEFORE – The entry catch all shelf. This will be removed, the wall shortened and the soffit raised to open up the Dining Room

DEMO – Removal of the wall and pantry will open up this area for the new bar

DEMO- removing the walls and soffit really opens up the dining room making if a great entertaining space

BEFORE -Exterior of Living Room from back patio. We will be adding a 16′ x10′ sliding door here to open up the living room

BEFORE – The Master Bath tub area. We will be removing the built-in tub and adding a freestanding tub.

BEFORE – The vanities and stained glass will be replaced.

BEFORE – The “his” vanity will be replaced and the shower opened up and squared off.

RENDERING- This shows the openness the Master Bath will have with soffits removed. It will be so open and airy.

DEMO- The tub and vanity are gone and the room is SO much brighter with the stained glass off the windows.

FRAMING – New Master shower and “his” vanity space

BEFORE – The kitchen will be completely gutted, the back angled corner opened up and with new 10′ high contemporary cabinets and appliances

RENDERING – The new ceiling height cabinets with view cabinets along the top and large island will transform this into a beautiful area that will become the gathering place.

DEMO – Getting rid of the pantry will allow for the new bar.

DEMO- the removal of the corner of teh kitchen will really open it up allowing for a much more functional kitchen.

FRAMING – the soffit and end wall are framed and ready for rough in.

BEFORE – The Family room will get a face lift with removal of the shutters to brighten up the room, fireplace moved to the center of the room , new fireplace surround and flooring.

RENDERING- With a contemporary fireplace and full height stone, the fireplace will be the focal point of the Family Room.

DEMO- Removal of the old fireplace and shutters open up this space

BEFORE – Guest bath will be opened up by removing the interior wall to open the vanity area to the shower area. We will be adding a furniture piece for the vanity, a walk in shower and new fixtures.

DEMO- the Guest bath is opened up and in the back you can see the new niche for the shower.

BEFORE – Powder room will be gutted and repainted withall new, contemporary fixtures.

We have started a new remodel in Scottsdale. We will be doing a total interior renovation of the home and transforming it to a beautiful, contemporary home. Follow us to see the ongoing progress!

Medlock Remodel Complete

The cubbies system by the three kids rooms will help to keep them organized,

It’s complete! We added square footage to this Arcadia home to make a larger, more comfortable space for the family. By adding onto two of the existing bedrooms, reconfiguring the existing space and adding an on-suite bath we transformed the area into a cozy, organized space. We installed a beautiful built-in, custom desk and cubbies making the playroom functional for the children to study, read or just relax. We remodeled the existing office adding a built-in desk and a Murphy bed for guests. New windows, fresh paint throughout, closet systems and new flooring finished off the project creating a beautiful, fresh space for the family to enjoy.
