Making the selections for your home can be very overwhelming. There are many to be made and not a lot of time to do it in. We have provided a list below of links that will hopefully start you in the right direction.

Once we are ready to begin your home, you will meet with our representatives to choose your selections. Please let us know prior to scheduling any appointments so we can be sure to send you to the correct sales representative and send over the specs for your project. This will help to keep selections with in your budget. When you meet, please let them know Tyson Development is your builder. If it shows "by appointment" it is best to meet with our representative so that you can have your selections noted. We work hard to have great relationships with our subcontractors and representatives. They will help us ensure your project goes smoothly!

First, we suggest you start with sites like Houzz or Pinterest and save pictures of what you would like your home to look like. You can share those idea books with us to help us get an idea of your design style.

The list below lets you know what you need to select and when it should be finalized. Please plan to start the selection process at least 6 weeks prior to the due date to allow adequate time for bidding and revisions.
